These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaversDream website and mobile application (the "Service"). SaversDream is an independently operated deal-discovery service based in India. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App.

SaversDream is not the seller of products linked from the Service. Prices, availability, delivery, returns, warranties, and transactions are controlled by the applicable retailer. Some outbound links are affiliate links, which may earn SaversDream a commission without increasing the price you pay. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee that a deal is accurate or endorsed.

You may not use our App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaversDream and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

By posting Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your Content in connection with the App and our business. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all Content you post.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall SaversDream, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Please contact legal@saversdream.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent if you are under 18.
